Famously, Snake River also meanders through the park, offering waterside walking trails and some of the best fishing in Grand Teton National Park.

Things to see in Grand Teton National Park

Grand Teton Mountain is the largest peak in the park. Although we wouldn’t recommend scaling it unless you’ve got plenty of experience, there are dozens of easier walks in the area surrounding the mountain.

Located on the aptly named Cascade Creek, the Hidden Falls cascades downwards dramatically, and is a true sight to behold. Accessible by both hike and boat shuttle, you won’t regret making the journey.

A visit to Mormon Row Historic District combines the scenic beauty of the park with historic facts. Located in the southwestern corner of the park, it is well worth a visit for anybody interested in how early Western colonists survived here.

Things to do in Grand Teton National Park

A visit to Jenny Lake is one of the most rewarding things you can do in Grand Teton. The glacial body of water is surrounded by hiking trails for all abilities, but you can’t go wrong with taking in the unforgettable mountain scenery on a scenic boat ride.

Fishing in Grand Teton Park is an excellent way to both relax and take in the natural splendour. Aim for the prized catch of a cutthroat trout.

A picturesque drive across vast wilds is a quintessentially American pleasure, and in Teton Park you’ll find Wyoming 390, a highway that cuts right through the heart of it all.

Food and Drink in Grand Teton
